ANNOUNCEMENTS
​
1) Upcoming is the launch of our E-SPORTS gaming platform, which will include iRacing tournaments with various NASCAR drivers racing against each other. We will keep everyone posted on the planning of the inaugural Kitty Kat tournament, including league tournaments, prize purses, etc. The current strategy is to start domestically, then explore international possibilities to increase our global connectivity.
2) Upcoming is the debut of our KATS STUDIOS and its business-to-business engagement interface. Expect more announcements on this in the near future.
3) Current growth strategies include discussions with third party payment systems, including a possible payment gateway engagement with BitPay and SAPX.
4) Current growth strategies include discussions with casinos, both domestic and international, regarding our E-SPORTS platform and integration therein, at certain locations to start, including, without limitation, discussions with Mohegan Sun.
5) New upcoming engagements with Hailie Deegan.
6) Discussions with Coinstore, VTrader.io, and other platforms for increased availability.
7) Sponsorship and merchandising of Kitty Kat branding through the end of the year.
8) Working on development of a KATS Racing Game and leasing arrangement with a Metaverse counterpart for our own Kitty Kat Island and virtual reality experience.
9) New partnerships include (i) a partnership with an artificial intelligence company "Verb Co." and (ii) a partnership with "Offset Crbn" (Carbon Credits Markets) for innovative ESG solutions worldwide.
10) Currently exploring a potential Formula One sponsorship (for the Vegas race).
11) Currently discussing more horse racing opportunities.
12) Also exploring other collaborations, including the development of a Hotel and Casino Resort (with a major brand name) in Costa Rica to add our branded E-Sports and gaming lounge therein, along with a virtual reality spa experience thereon, and an Office Tower and Retail Complex in Dubai with the Da Vinci Design and Development Group, to further advance our global connectivity.
13) Discussions with Fairline Yachts and Total Marine Boating to facilitate cryptocurrency transactions for high end boat and yacht sales, leasing and chartering. Working on a presentation to the American Yacht Owner's Association.
